Why can't people use proper sidewalk etiquette? Don't people know its for 2-way traffic?

If you are walking with one or more other people and you see someone comming, either the entire group should move over, or you get into single file. This is especially true for women with strollers. Likewise, if you are by yourself and see somone comming, don't keep walking right down the middle. And don't be surprised when our shoulders make contact either. Thats me letting you know that if I wanted to walk on the grass or road, I wouldn't be walking on the sidewalk. I know my shoulders are quite broad but If you had moved over to one side, like I had when I saw you, I would have turned my them to avoid contact. You made no effort at all, so why should I make any extra effort?

People irritate me ...

Happens all the time here too. And what is up with people that spit on the sidewalk? Unless you have a mouth full of chaw (gross), why are you spitting at all?
