Who needs a casket? Let's just prop this dead guy up on his Honda CBR600

Ghostrider?

Just because David Morales Colón is dead doesn't mean he can't also be stylish. According to Primera Hora, the 22-year-old Puerto Rican man was murdered in his San Juan neighborhood last Thursday. As a tribute to the young man, the Marin Funeral Home treated the body and then dressed him up in his typical riding outfit complete with helmet on top of the Honda CBR600 F4 the man's uncle had given to him.

As you can see in the video below, the mortician positioned the body as if he were riding his bike all the way to heaven, though it appears to be little solace to the crying friends and family in attendance.

And yes, this is real.

Saw this on facebook...I actually think it's kinda cool, but in a weird way...

Maybe when I die, they can prop me up behind the wheel of my Camaro, because I plan on driving it until I die, or it dies, whichever comes first....

Apparently this isn't unusual for this particular funeral home.

Donning a New York Yankees cap and sunglasses, Pantoja was mourned by relatives while propped upright in the living room.

"[Angel] wanted to be happy, standing," his brother Carlos told the El Nuevo Dia newspaper

The owner of the Marin Funeral Home, Damaris Marin, told The Associated Press the mother asked him to fulfill her dead son's last wish.

Pantoja was found dead Friday underneath a bridge in San Juan and buried Monday. Police were investigating. (AP)
