I've watched the vid of the dead lift a couple times. Can't get over the amount of weight you lifted. Very impressive.

The comments I get in bars and out on the town are a blast. One of the most common I get from guys "Dude, if there is a fight in here tonight, I'm on your side". From the girls "can I touch your arms".. is usually asked after they grab me.

My back hurts now lol. Seriously, that was amazing. Bodybuilders impress the hell outta me, the regimen you guys follow is crazy. Bonnie, what do you have in the works?

about 15 years, but the first 5 years, I really didn't know what the heck I was doing. Then it all started coming together, as I learned how important nutrition plays in lifting, or really, what type of nutrition I needed based on my lifting. I was NOT eating enough calories to grow. It take a heck of a lot of food to grow and maintain. A LOT. If you are in this sport, and you are not getting bigger, you are not eating enough.

I'm competing in two figure competitions in Aug. Its a little bit more muscle tone than the bikini division.
No power lifting involved though, that looks pretty dang tough!!!!!!

Very cool. Just please never, ever send me your food bill...

I am sure you would be a handful at one of those all you can eat buffets...they probably just shut down for the afternoon.

I found out my grocery bill is about the same as a small family (mom/dad, two young children). but now that the competition is over, it's just back to a normal (just mom and dad). I eat a lot of steak, and chicken, well, many sacrifice themselves for me on a weekly basis.
