It's all a calorie game. That and a lifting game. Keep at the gym, and eats lots of high fat, high protein food.

And don't sweat the number on the scale so much. It's where the weight is that makes the difference.

Some of our hose pullers could hula-hoop with a cheeerio too.

I was stuck at 150-155 from 94 when I graduated until I hit 30 4 years ago. Now I'm 190. I always had an extra high metabolism. Eat anything I want and not gain anything. Now I still eat the same but apparently my metabolism got tired and went on strike when I hit 30.

It was a success as far as the house goes. We painted from a little after 8 Saturday morning until 5:30 that evening. My dad fixed me a nice juicy new York strip for dinner. I went home and attempted to relax and drink a few but after 3 I was ready for bed. It's not often I'm to tired to drink.

I usually make them out of whatever leftover we happen to have. Steak, Carne Asada, Shredded Beef, whatever. I cook it all in a pan with some refried beans and cilantro. Slather it into a tortilla, add cheese and enchilada sauce, roll it into a burrito, drown it in enchilada sauce and cover it with cheese, then put it in the oven long enough to get it all melty.
