2010 SS L99, 536rwhp 10.843@126.72. Whipple Supercharger stock pulley, ARH 1 7/8 longtubes w/ catted xpipe, magnaflow 3" mufflers, ADM Race CAI, 3:70 gears, lightweight wheels and nitto drag radials. Stock internal L99, stock converter.

Bolt on best before blower 12.22@113.29 w/ nothing but ARH headers, catted x-pipe, ADM CAI and a tune on stock Pzero`s!

Other car 2008 C6 Ls3, z51, A6, Npp Exhaust, best bonestock pass 11.80@118.82, Number 2 on the Corvette Forums Bonestock fastest list..

Yep. About ~40lbs. Up to 60 with the glass roof.

Either way...even if it was 80 lbs. Not going to notice it. The base GT is listed at 3603. This is without one single option. Brembos add weight, the leather adds weight, the sound system adds weight.

The highest listed weight I have seen for the stang in any article when it was completely optioned out was 3660.

You are looking at less than a tenth difference. Worthless to even think about. The stang was held back by its tires.

I don't hate the 2011 Mustang. I think Ford did a good job with it. However, I happen to have fallen in love with the Camaro SS, which is why you will find one parked in my garage. I don't think you can go wrong with either the Mustang or the Camaro.

the fact is the better the mustang is the better the camaro will be and vise versa. we should all hope for a really ba mustang so the z/28 will come out to be more than we expected. just my .02

Ok so what we're seeing is these cars are practically the same give or take tires or gears and of course the driver. The Camaro runs what it runs from the factory, the Mustang can get a little better with some options...hmmmmm sure seems like it just comes down to preference...and of course the driver.
