I rented a 350 in Vegas a few years back. All I can say is that they are not tall people friendly, I and would take my Evo over it any day of the week... until my SS arrives.

I really don't like the...uhh...thing they do to the headlights. I don't even know how you describe it. It looks like the body is going into the lights.

It's okay, but doesn't have enough to distinguish it from the 350z in the looks department.

It has potential to be faster than the Camaro SS bone stock, but the two seats only thing turns me off to it. Not that I use the backseats in the Mustang, but they're handy when you have to throw an extra golf bag in the car.

I like some of the changes. It resembles a porche. The interior is awesome IMO

my girlfriend drives a 350, and i agree with you here... its an... 'exclusive ride'. meaning, only two!

kind of a pain in the ass when its not just me and her and we have to take other people.

Whats the rough estimate on the MSRP? I'm much more a fan of the Infiniti "G" series then these cars, but they aren't too bad.

While Dragoneye is correct, I think it is a sign that Nissan wants to return to its performance roots. Until the GT-R fiasco, Nissan was the only company from Asia that I really trusted to stick to its performance-oriented past. The GT-R proves that Nissan wants bragging rights but will screw customers who use a car's performance features by voiding their warranties. Hopefully, Nissan learned from this horrible mistake.

well its going to replace the 350z which has an MSRP starting at 28k and going up to 38k. so figure, the new model will use high quality materials, start at 30k and go to 40k.

basically, i expect it to come out the same as the SS

I don't know a lot about Z's, but the rumor mill has been ablaze with chatter claiming the new Z car is moving upmarket to make way for a sort of 24SX redux below it. So, apparently the new Z is going to start in the mid 30's if those rumors are to be believed, though I cannot personally vouch for their validity one way or another. However, I will say that the much improved interior materials and the increased focus on performance and weight control would seem to support those rumors.

The interior is of higher quality, but its basically the same as the new maxima which starts UNDER 30k...

as for the weight control and bigger engine, the engine comes from a car starting at 31K, and it may have cost alot to redesign the car, but i dont think that will translate into a higher MSRP as long as it doesnt effect how much $$ it is to mass produce.

We should have hard numbers soon, and I hope you are correct since the 370Z seems likely to be a fairly sweet ride. Like I said, I'm not an expert on things 'Z', so I could easily be off here.
