I could tell you how to mix up some ANFO. It won't be as good as the stuff used in mining but use enough and your car will go away. 5 bags of fertilizer should do the trick. Now is the perfect time too, nobody will notice if you buy a large amount of fertilizer in the early spring (use cash, just to be safe). Acquiring a shoulder launched missile or rocket might tip off the authorities.
