Indoor cycling anyone?
I've been cycling indoors for almost 4 weeks now and I'm thinking I'm going to have to add treadmill into the mix. I lift weights during the week and ride the bike for 1 hour 30-40mph.
How long does it take to see real results from indoor cycling? I want my six pack back! Also eating 6 small healthy meals a day, lots of veggies etc... 2-3months? I'm 6'2 190lbs right now. When I had my V shape and abs I was 170 but didn't have as much muscle as I do now. So confused...

It's all about calories in vs calories out. You need to make sure you are using more calories then you take in. You just need to keep going at it till your body fat is low enough to show your abs. It always seems like the last few pounds are the hardest to lose. It always takes me a few months of hardcore diet and exercise to get my abs to show and a month of slacking to lose it all.
