Indeed. But it would cost me just a little over 4 grand more than the LS I had originally intended to get.

I won't be there. :( Can't get off work because someone already requested that week off that has more senority than me. Besides it's a 5,200 mile round trip for me. Doubt I would have went. I hope they can find a place that is a little closer for those of us on the west coast next year

Yes, I understand as well, although our other C5 friends will be making the trip. We already had our 2 week vacation, besides hubby says it
would take us 2-3 days to get there, and back. We can't spare the week+. Not to mention we have NO ONE else to care for the kids!

We'll do the Oshawa trip in August. Did it last October, it was a blast!
We met so many new friends, many came from all over the U.S.!!
One guy came from as far as Louisiana!!

Yeah same for me. It would be at least 7 days of total driving because I'm not pushing myself to sit in a car for more than 10 hours a day. I have bad knees and they start killing me after a long trip. I hope to be able to make it to one of the larger gatherings but it needs to be closer than 2,600 miles away.
