Last night I made some pork chops marinated in Pinot Noir, olive oil, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, a pinch of rosemary, and a teaspoon or two (I just kinda winged it) of sage.

Came out really good.

Gonna be grillin either 2nite or 2moro. If you can use my bbq you're definetely a pro. It's a relic, gotta keep on it all the time... only a few flare ups now and again lol.

yeah I need to get a new grill, mine developed a hole in the gas distributor thingy, so a large flame shoots out of one end
