motortrend just posted first test drive vids of the v6 and the gt, im guna watch them now...


wow im really loving that mustang. now to watch the gt one



ford actually did awesome with the new v6 and v8. chevy is going to have to bring it up a notch. and they will... i hope.

I agree with you totally! So was the New mustang ran in a 1.32:1 4th gear instead of the 1:1 5th??? If thats the case it should be making around 375rwhp right? I think it will end up being a drivers race!

im guessing on average it should put down ~365 rwhp

This thread is growing so fast I can only assume that no matter what people may say against the Mustang. We Camaro lovers are 'concerned' to say the least about having a car that is actually in the same league now!

Exactly. Dynoing a car in any gear steeper than a 1:1 ratio is typically going to worsen your results. That said, I also agree that there many of these dyno results have done little more than show how erratic such testing can be as there is no way in Hell that this car makes 465hp at the crank as one dyno poll suggests. The 435hp crank hp another source came up with is a good deal more believable if the car is indeed under-rated, but that number could be off as well.

I have got to agree with the Comments about the rear end of the 2010-2011 Mustang, Ugly.. I love the front and hood though..

Shelby did some design work on the 2011 GT350 and I really like what they have done...

I would own this car..( if it was not for the price)
