also praying my transmission holds up until Monday....

It's sounding much worse, but, I don't think it's actually the transmixer.... I think it's the clutch/throwout bearing area... though a concern I have is has it hurt the front seal of the transmission or the rear seal / main bearigs of the engine??? Fortunately, I absolutely trust the service manager and lead mechanic at the dealer I am now going to, so, if there is any concern, they will fix it as it should be...

Well buddy, if its the rear seal.that caused the whole banana....that happened to my Cobra years back...ended up with a new clutch,T/O bearing and rear seal....that shit can be sneaky...I noticed it when the clutch slipped in a race with another Snake car.
Golf.....your killin me....wish I could tag along.....love ta play....sum people say its a good walk gone bad.....
