I like food way too much but until the last couple of years I never worried about weight. I've went from 160 to 185 in the last 4 years. Ever since I hit 30 my metabolism seems to be on strike.

I'm 6' 2" so it isn't too bad but I want to keep it under 200.

I was 155 in high school so this is new territory for me. I wore 31/34 jeans for years. Now I wear 33/34.

Dude, no kidding. I haven't seen 185 since EARLY high school! I have kind of a larger frame though, in HS wrestling I was about 205 in shape.
