hmm ... possibly. Right now I'm about 12 hrs off a normal sleep schedule. My plan is to keep going on ~27 hour days until I'm back in sync.

umm ... it started when I couldn't fall asleep until 3am. Then it was 4, then 5, then 7. At that point, I decided I was just going to run with it.

If I restart the cycle again I might. But I feel fine, its just that I seem to be nocturnal.
