Don't be haters, just because rap is better than rock

Heck, when you old guys were growing up, the old people were listening to jazz, blues, etc.

Lets see, Monty Are I.... F&$@ YES. 3 years ago I saw them open for Anberlin and Story of the Year, they absolutely stole that concert. Loved them ever since.

I saw TDWP a few weekends ago, I like quite a few of their songs, but live they weren't so hot. That could've been because they were sandwiched between Dark Tranquillity and Killswitch Engage.

Yeah actually I've probably seen over half that list live at some point lol

Chiodos, Emery, Chevelle, LP, Breaking Benjamin, Red, Coheed, all probably in my top 25. I pretty much listen to everything you do.

My personal favorites are In Flames and Dark Tranquillity. I can listen to every one of their albums on repeat over and over. I love Melodic Death Metal.

Also (outside of twenty7's list) stuff like 10 years, Rise Against, A Perfect Circle, Tool, In This Moment, SevenDust, Soilwork, Mors Principium Est, Underoath, Hollywood Undead, RHCP, KSE. I'm also a big Choral fan; I love the group Cantus.

I would continue but now I want to go listen to half the stuff I just listed

Actually rap is popular in the same way elvis was popular.

Definatly not because its good. But its ok to let the world choose your music taste for you.
