I live in the sticks too, but we have a couple ford and chevy dealers close by though.

I've only seen 3 challangers out here so far. even less of these than camaro's out here, although their might be garage queens galore that wont come out until its nicer out.

Cant wait to see the 2011 Stang out on the streets though, and of course Motor Trend's comparison of the Gen5 Camaro and 2011 Stang, the new power from the 6 & 8 should be pretty sweet, I try to read as much as I can about them, we shall see!

Granted, as more of them hit the streets that will quickly change in regards to the GT's, but I do not expect it to change in regards to the GT500's.

gt500's are a sweet ride though, same here I have not seem many 2010 mustangs here in fort worth if I do their that new light blue or dark blue gt's. very little gt500's....but once the new 2011 comes out where the rear end changes and drop new engines that will change. mustang owners may upgrade and camaro owners may upgrade who knows. All I know is all 3 companies are doing well on their designs and power its just what you like.

You fellas seen pics of the new GT350 coming out? It'll have the new 5.0 supercharged. Looks sweet, although it'll only be in white with blue stripes. I still love my Camaro, but man does that girl look sweet!

I like the GT500's personally but I saw the newest Motorweek on TV this morning and it tested the 2010 GT500. I can't believe they can't get better than a 4.6sec 0-60 and 12.8 quarter mile. It definately has the power. They also said it tracked the best at about 80% throttle.

As a man about to hit 40 year old im just happy these types of things are still around. I thought for sure by 2010 the muscle car days would have been long long gone by now. Give credit where credit is due here people. If ford had not been able to keep the mustang going for as long as it has the challenger and camaro imo would not have happened. Now i see chevy thinking of bringing back the chevelle thats just awesome

I agree 100%!! It's really cool that we have car meets in our area and you see everything from an old 1930's rat rod to a 2010 Camaro, Mustang or Challenger. I never thought that would happen and you just gotta love it.

been seeing another CGM with black stripes driving around in my area (twice already this week), must've been a garage queen, weather is nicer now I'm sure they'll all start to pop up. It's Nice to see other camaro's out, but not too see one just like mine.

His must be a LT or something though, he's got the nice big ol' pretty wheels on his. I rock the steelies!

It was a beautiful day so I decided to take a cruise up to the mountains here in Colorado and I counted at least 11 Mustangs over the coarse of my 3 hour drive and didnt see one other 5th Gen Camaro on the road.

Sorry but that is because most people in their right mind wouldnt spend over $55k on a Mustang. Rather get a Porsche Cayman, Corvette or a few others for that kind of money.

Like I said the front ends on the GT500's are sick but the rest of the car looks pretty much like every other $25k Mustang on the road. Yes they are fast but you can add a Super Charger to a Camaro, save over $10k, have a better looking ride and a faster one as well.

$55K Did you just pull that number out of your ass? Sticker on my 2010 was $48K and I paid less than that for the car.

So it is called competitive shopping, one tends to do that before purchasing a car. The one I built with the options I would of wanted was around $55k went I built it online. The base is $47k, so I guess I should say sorry and change my post to say most people in their right mind wouldnt spend $50k on a Mustang.

Isn't the base price on a 2010 GT500 like 43k?
