st patrick's day dinner
OK I know most people when they do their corn beef they boil it or put in a crock pot with potatoes, carrots & cabbage until they are all tastless & bland.

over the last several years I have done the same thing, much to my kids complaints (along with my husbands).

well today I did the cornbeef in the crock pot like normal but didnt put the veggies in. then as it got close to dinner my kids were wondering what I was going to be doing to the veggies,

I grabbed out 3 ziplock bags, called my daughter in the kitchen & asked her how she liked her carrots (dumb mistake she wanted the whole bag sliced up)& how much cabbage she wanted. she told me & I did it up & stuck the bag in the microwave & cooked it that way.
called my son & did the same thing & did my own that way.

The kids loved it, My son didnt give me his normal

I hear ya...my 2 sons have got to be the pickiest eaters in the entire universe...lol....makes it hard to come up with good ideas.....lol...

I am working on it right now still not even 1/4 of the way done with it its harder then I first thought since its got so many colors in it & most of them or only one block lol. lol
