I wonder...

I wonder how many Toyofans I'll upset tonight after I make my speech over Toyota's current situations and possible consequences. I already got my Title: "Toyota: From Reputation to Recall"

It's for my speech class tonight. I would get a video, but I don't think the professor allows recordings of his class.

Made the speech, and the only question I was asked is if I thought Toyota's slogan (moving forward) was ironic. I agreed it was ironic.

You need to post it

And I honestly believe that there are very few dumb enough people to like toyota, at least that's how it is in my school. Even asians only want american and german cars.

Well Japan isnt going to care, because its a Japanese product.

Americans arent going to care because we are American and drive what ever the hell we want. That being said some (and by some I mean most) Americans are stupid enough to still buy toyotas....for 3 reasons.

1. They still think Japanese cars are better than American cars by default.

2. They dont watch the news.

3. They want to buy one now in hope of it malfuctioning so they can sue Toyota. ( I hate people like this)

If there are people dumb enough to buy some of the garbage out there that passes as a car (practically every automaker has something totally useless yet still sells tens of thousands per year) I don't see why the same won't apply to Toyota.

That said, post your speech.

Hahahahaha. I wrote a poem for my english class about Toyota and it was titled "Not Moving Forward" since their slogan was moving forward.
