Let me guess:
He want's you to pay using Western Union and he will ship the car. His brother works for a shipping company and he has a "free" car ship coming to him. Just wire him the $34,000, wait a week, and you will receive the title in the mail, and a transporter will drop the car off.

Of course, he could be selling it because he had an unexpected bill come up that he needs to pay. Whats losing a measly $75,000 so you can get cash in your pocket today?
