One of the trailers I saw made it seem like they are changing the story line...and yes, Medusa and Aphrodite need to be freakin hot!!!!

Medusa = Uma Thurman

Story line is changed, Pegasus is black, not white. They brought in a more modern feeling to it. I'm going to see it, just not expecting anything more then a time filler. I loved the original!

And why don't I see Aphrodite on the cast on IMDB?

The storyline should be somewhat different. I looked up the cast, and there was no Calibos, and there was a god names Hades that wasn't in the original.

I like a different storyline, I'm sick of the remakes that are literally at times line-for-line the same as the oirignal, just with diferent actors.

We will be in Southern California this summer, and seeing a couple drive-in movies is definately on the agenda. Last time we went we saw Stepbrothers and The Dark Knight. The last one here in Austin closed in the 80s, and the nearest one now is well over an hour away.

We went to the Van Horn one. It was pretty nice.

Dude, there's no movie if there's no Calibos!!!! That guy was a boss!!

Hades was definitely not in the original...I guess it really is "Battle of The Gods" this time! I'm already getting worked up for this movie...for some reason it makes me want to shout "This...is...SPARTA!!!!"

I remember there for the longest times they showed it right after the football games on thanksgiving, use to curl up & watch it.

cant wait until it comes out on dvd

Just like the old close encounters of the 3rd kind lol always around halloween or that ime
