Daylight Savings (US) this weekend

Just a friendly neighborhood reminder to set your clocks this Saturday night/Sunday morning!

Spring forward one hour...

I'm a little concerned about that. Someone is going to show up to my wedding on Sunday at the wrong time.

If that happens, what's the problem?

If I ever get married, sure I'm going to invite all my friends and family to the actual church wedding, but if they won't be able to make it, they will still be allowed to come to the reception. Dang, I just realized if I ever get married it's going to cost a lot to rent out all those cars, and no I'm not talking about limos, I'm talking about ferraris, lambos, slrs, bentleys, rolls royces.

This whole changeover thing is stupid. I mean we should just be living in daylight savings all year round.

I don't care though, as long as the sun doesn't go down until 8-9:30 in the summer, I'm happy. I hate how the sun goes down at 4 in the winter.

So for me: I'm not excited but definitely happy

Also it is a reminder of spring and summer being close, and it reminds me of road trip time, hitting all of the big cities in the states in the summer. Roadtrip on the east coast, the rest is plane travel. I love my job.

No kidding. Or at least Spring Forward 30 minutes and leave the time alone. I'd call that a nice compromise.
