My daughter is 16, and she isn't shy. But, discreet.

Your daughter will grow out of it, everyone has their own pathway to take.

It's happened to me before, then, when you realise that was your only chance to do what you were offered, you feel dumb.

It's kinda different for a girl, they are shy because well....they want guys to like them and don't know how to act I guess, I am not a girl so I wouldn't know, but if she doesn't take advise from anyone just wait, a once in a life time event will come, and it'll just go by because she didn't act. :(
