Do you have a flash drive to update with. That's what I did when i first got mine. It needed an update before I could hook it up to the wifi.LOL

EDIT: another Xbox controller hater here. And I've played on them numerous times. I guess this is one of those love it or hate it situations.

Well, if there is an update for it, from what it sounds like that is probably going to be the only method of fixing the problem.

I went from PS2 to XBox and I think I remember the controller feeling weird in the beginning. I love it now, I think it's ergonomically perfect.
