Would this be mean?

There is a guy at the mout of the road where I live. He has a white SS. I never see him drive furthe than out of the garage. I figure he is proud he has the only one in the immediate area and just likes to show it and doesn't really drive it even on sunny days (talk about missing out). Would it be mean of me to get the same exact car and blow the horn everytime I drive by especially if he is outside showing it off?

A guy about two blocks from my house has a SIM Camaro thats been in his garage when I drive by but I'm sure he drives it when I'm not looking...

Considering the other vehicle there is a late model Camry I am surprised he hasn't been driving more, especially last weekend when it sunny, dry and somewhat warm (I would have been just cruising and soaking it in myself. Different strokes for different folks I guess
