I found a resolution on apple forums but it would require a bunch of PITA steps that I don't know what mean. lol

Ya, I've tried just about all of the crazy things that I've read on about 5 different forums.

Oh well, surely the next one won't have this problem.

Good luck with it (no sarcasm). If it doesn't work, maybe an older gen, normal ipod since they should be the same price maybe?

@ PQ, yeah, I don't mind apple, but I give apple owners a hard time sometimes just for fun. They have some awesome products, but non I will own, unless the new Apple iphone 4th gen is competitive pricing and goes to verizon.

I always thought Apple screwed up by coupling so tight with ATT. Maybe I'm wrong but it just seems like they would sell so many more.

They opened the door for BB and Google and now Microsoft being available on verizon so they lost the edge they had.
