Do you have BUY IT NOW on listing? Post a link to it.

If you have it priced too low you may have a good buyer in there, need more info.

Do ALL transactions thru ebay and paypal. The only exception is cash if they pick it up.

NO money orders or western union crap.

Not necessarily, paypal can overturn on disputes. That's why they reqire a cc or bank acct to register.

I really appreciate your help here, but here's my new issue.
A "buyer" has already paypal'd me the ammount of purchase + shipping expense ammount.
Can I just cancel or send back?
Did he send it thru ebay? If no, refund it. If yes, make sure shipping address matches acct address, and call the paypal acct. owner thru the phone number on paypal acct to verify it. Did you put AS IS SALE in the listing?

All of your seller protection is thru ebay, not paypal. You could cancel the sale and relist it... put a buy it now price on the car. Do ALL transactions thru ebay.

One thing about Paypal... never take a full payment on a car thru Paypal anyway... they will screw you with no lube on the fees.

This smells of ID theft to me.

NEVER give out your credentials to anyone, why do they need your home# and your address, before they even bought the car? Why? very suspicisous.

Also I never even do ANY telephone surveys that come to the home phone,. stuff like this is just asking for trouble cos they are always phishing for your info to steal ID.

DOnt give them a chance!

never click anyone elses links to ebay or paypal,, always open ebay and paypal in a seperate browser window and enter the www. part yourself so you know you are going to the real site and not a spoof site of ebay or paypal, and make sure the little LOCK SECURITY icon is on when you sign in
