How do you report or block folks sending you unwanted sales pitches on this site?

I have never conversed with this person or ask for any such spam PMs.

I find the lack of spam rules way to lose here, so many folks that have nothing to add to a subject but come buy my stuff instead;
blatant thread jacking for their own monetary gains.

That, or use the report Icon:

from the PM you want to report as SPAM.

Then we can respond.

I got the PM as well. Mine was a bit different so I don't know if it's necessarily copy/paste and maybe some thought into it. There are quite a few people that do thread jack / self promote (see the amsoil guy) so +1 there.

Guys,

The rule for vendors is they can't thread jack another vendors thread. But we do allow them to participate in any other thread in a respectful manner.

If you think a Vendor is being overly pushy, please use the report button or send a mod a PM with a link.

We will address it.

Seriously, you guys really can help us keep an eye on what's going on.
