Anyway, I am not a scientist and I do not study climate change. But what I've heard from those scientists/climatologists that support the global warming theory, is that this severe weather is a result/symptom of global warming. Winter and summer weather will grow more and more extreme due to the change in climate. again, you make up your own decision on what to believe, but that is what I have heard.

Another interesting note: global warming can lead to an ice age. If enough of the polar ice melts off it will disrupt the Atlantic current, and warm tropical water will not be brought north any longer. Once that happens the poles begin to freeze over again, only now there is no warm water in the northern oceans to keep the ice from continuing further south.

lets just put it this way...

humans are infinitely stupid. We try to understand the world around us and in recent decades/centuries we've been using tools like the "scientific method" to describe it. But just like 1000 years ago, in another 1000 years people will look back at us and think, how dumb were these people? I mean people thought the world was flat...

I live in Montreal and we are known for very rough winters, but when I

look around I see grass popping out! I don't understand myself why

different states that should be warm and sunny are getting snow.

I'm not saying that I want the snow, because I hate it!

It definitely is very strange!

Even Vancouver is having trouble, it's too warm there!

Now what?

Very nice so far. Let's keep it that way.

Ok, that being said, you guys are all morons.

Seriously though. I don't claim to know the physics behind this stuff. If you've ever flown on an airplane, you trusted that someone knew something that you didn't. Because you flew in their plane, not knowing anything about it.

30 years ago, if you would have told me I would be playing Pac-Man on my phone while talking on it to a buddy 3000 miles away without even holding the phone to my ear from a device that just sat on the side of my head, I'd have thought you were nuts. So I can yeild to the scientists that talk about global worming. (mis-spell intentional)

The problem I have is that the model has changed SOOOOO radically over the passed years that I can't support it's accuracy anymore.

Remember a few years back when ON THE FLOOR OF CONGRESS, it was said that by 2030 the oceans shores will have risen significantly enough to cause millions to be without homes and such? Well now all of a sudden it's "We are going into a 30 year cooling down that will cause a larger rapid warming devistation." ????? WTF?????????????

If the initial 'Design' was so strong that we start to legislate off of it, how can we possibly believe that they are accurate now? Not to mention all the scientific data from other areas that debunct the theory.

I'm 28 and have never seen it in like here in DFW.

It's beautiful and fun to play in however when the tree's start breaking due to heavy snow and power goes out it gets a little old quick.

enjoy it while it last is what I say.............

I just hope that they won`t look back 100 years from now and say how dumb were these people to let the earth climate rise when they had the "scientific method" to correct or prevent it.
