400,000 HONDA's Recalled for air bags!!!

http://www.thecarconnection.com/mart...-airbag-recall

This is so ridiculously funny. Ford and GM must be eating this up. Chrysler is just a lost sole I feel. Seriously this has got to be some good advertising for the two big ones.

Its funny, cause these recalls aren't minor. They are huge things, air bags on honda, then brakes, gas pedals, floor mats on gas pedal, computers on toyotas. What next? The steering wheel falls off?

American's truly build the best cars, in the most recent years at least. We need to be on top of our game and keep pushing out these great quality cars.

These companies get the rep they deserve. The only true foreign cars that I have liked were Nissans, which are way to expensive for the specs. Not to mention not as appealing as the American cars.

i see what you did there.

Let's just hope that GM and Ford are paying attention and will NOT let history repeat itself. My biggest fear is that some huge recall/safety issue will hit the domestic brands and everyone will turn around and chastise them for making a huge deal out of Toyota's problems.

Actually Toyota had the best selling car in the USA. Ford is above that with the F150 but thats a truck so. Anything can happen.

why does every post about imports include putting down chrysler?

this is as much a shot for them to be relevant again as ford and gm

"In a telling reversal, Ford's blue-oval brand outsold Toyota, Scion and Lexus on a combined basis for January."

Chevrolet outsold Toyota's main brand too.
