25th overall ranked defense is not something to brag too much about. Make no mistake, the Saints offense is what got them to the promise land. But he sure did well against the Colts. lol

Oh, and the Bills had a better Defense than the Saints this year.

Yards AND points against.

I know nothing about it. As soon as he threw the pick six, I took the dogs out, went upstairs and went to bed. I have read nothing, I've seen nothing about the game since his pick. I just can't watch it.

I'm just a nobody fan who was crushed by the loss. I can't imagine what that loss felt like as a player.

Super Bowl XLIV: Where are they now?

Quote:
Tracy Porter: Porter continued to intercept heroic quarterbacks at the end of big games. He picked off Tom Brady at the end of Super Bowl XLV, Tony Romo at the end of the 2011 NFC Championship Game and Tim Tebow's only NFL pass. The football media eventually put a hit out on him.
Quote:
Sean Payton: Payton was offered a $100 million contract from his former employer, the Dallas Cowboys. He responded "Geaux #%&* yourselves."

Randy, Saints were 3rd best in the turnover department!!! Best in the red zone on defense. Getting turnovers at the right times and doing something with them. If you would have seen all the games this year and noticed the defense making key plays at key times. Best in the turnover scoring and yes my friend that was the difference. I will BRAG all day about that 25th ranked defense if it wins me the SUPER BOWL!!!!

Ownership is keeping the Bills down!! I thought by getting T.O. they were starting to understand you MUST spend money to get a winning program. The Bills will be back its just a matter of when ownership quits accepting a average winning season and strives for more. Look at the Saints, it took 43 years before they had a winner. They had to open the check book and get great players to get them there. Good luck to the Bills, I have always liked them but I understand that they will probably have to overacheive to get there.

Won't argue with that but that's players making plays. But the offense has to do something with it after the turnover.

I will have to root for them. They are my team. But I also know that they CAN NOT win with their current roster. They would have to make significant changes at a number of key positions to win. And they will have to overcompensate because of Chan Gailey.

Tom Benson also had to realize he needed to step aside and let somebody else run things. His granddaughter has done more in the 4 years she's been in control than Benson did in 21....

I heard the question asked about Breez being HOF material RIGHT NOW.

Uhhhhh, I don't hardly think so. Sorry. Not after only 2 great years.

If he stays healthy and plays to this level, most likely he will. But it's not the 'Hall of really good for a couple years'

i suggest you do some research on this... you wouldn't imagine how they picked up on some of their players... Deuce was a freight truck driver who showed up at training camp..

it's gonna take a few more championship games for Brees to get in the HOF, not that the HOF means much once you whip the best of the best at the time and win the Superbowl..

He had a good year with the Chargers too... so will 3 get him in the hall... Not yet, but I hope so someday...

At least he won't have the "can't win the big one" stigma like Elway had for years...
