I work 73 less days a year than someone that works 8 hours a day. That makes it worth it.

I work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday during one week. Then I work Wednesday and Thursday the next week. Kinda nice to work 2 days a week.

I can help out on the farm during planting and harvest that way too.

I'm never a fan of working on Saturdays (especially since I'm salary, so I'm essentially working for free), but I worked from home today and it was sweeeeet.

Yea and only having to use 2 days vacation to get a week off isn't bad either...my dad try's to plan his vacations around that!
