Great event on an Airforce Base runway she ran a 30Sec standing mile and terminal speed 170mph.

We do a couple of events that have 2 mile Runways for the really big boys to crack 200mph
Me playing with a GT2 and finding out that Power to Weight plays a big part!

I have plans to head to the www.texasmile.net this summer and at least check out their events. But if all goes right I can race myself. I want to see what a 600hp SS can do!!

PS.. at work so I cant see your vids... but I will be back to check them out!

Cool 600bhp should see a standing mile in circa 30secs and 170mph+

Stock should be fine, just make sure your brake pads have plenty on them....suprising how quickly 1/2mile braking zone dissappears when you enter it at 170mph

Also make sure everything else is up to scratch, fluids, belts, Pulleys and tires!

Blew my Supercharged LS3 recently because my Crank Pulley came lose and threw the belt at 140mph.....no water pump and loss of oil pressure = horrible noise and lots of alarms!
