169 meters is an awful long distance for a 60 mph stop. 169 feet sounds more like it and is a bit higher than typical for passenger cars

IDK, what is acceptable for cars like that. Doesn't the corvette do it in 100ft? So I would only assume that anything else from chevy would be higher But 169ft sounds high

Well, 169m is 554 feet. I think thats worse than most tractor trailers. Cars with excellent braking (like the ZR1) can do it in less than 100ft. Less than 115 is very good. 130 is good, 145 is getting a bit long for a car yet is fairly common with trucks. But GM's safe distance must be longer than any car they sell.

I don't think GM has a braking standard for cars at WOT, so I assumed that it is universal.

They are 'made' to do enough....certain somebody's could maybe just not f*** up the pedal design in the first place...

Proving that software caused an instance of sudden acceleration is tricky, so the fact that Woz claims he can repeat the issue makes his case appear to be one worth investigating.

Heard a survey of potential new car buyers. Reportedly, 25% said they now would NOT consider a toyota. Furthur, toyota's reputation among car buyers has dropped some 15 points just last month. Nice going, toyota. New sales figures from last month showed toyota DOWN, as GM up 14%, Ford up 24%. I am laughing at your "superiority", toyota. ROT IN HELL!

Don't get me wrong...I think it's an easy 'pre-fix' to this sort of thing...but I don't want to see them made to do anything.
