The ford site must be messed up, because it didn't show any stripes for it.

Not just on Kona, you have to do that with any of the colors when using the Ford built-your-own application.

No. I can add stripes to all the other colors without doing that. a tab pops out with the available stripes. All of them except Kona blue.

Ha, hardly. I only said anything because I had just went to the Ford site after Milk made his post just to see if something had changed.

Jar Squatter was also unique, along with 2 Girls 1 Cup. Both of which were more appealing then the back of that camaro.

Unique doesnt always mean better.

I drag race a warmed over 383 '89 Camaro (smog legal in Calif.) 700R4 with a 75 shot of nitrous and no I repeat no overrated gt 500 has come close.

Magazines have the run the SS Camaro and gt 500 mustang against one another and the average difference is .2 in the 1/4 mile in favor of the gt 500. There's more difference in a driver. For $50K a pop for the gt that money is NOT well spent. Imagine what one can do with $20K on their SS Camaro. A $30K SS Camaro is a steal!

I've made few modifications to my SS with more to come and so far gt 500s come in 2nd on regular basis in the 1/4 mile.

I like all performance cars, even own a 1969 Mustang 351 (my wife drives on weekends). I can speak from experience the current gt 500 is way overrated and most of the Ford's performance mustangs cannot back up their performance. That's not to say ford mustangs are not fast.
And what experience is this??

I love to hear that ford has upped the power so that chevy will hopefully produce the Z-28 with some great power numbers. As someone else said, the Camaro motors have a lot of room for more power and if the fords are infact tuned the best that they can be right from the factory, this tells me that the Camaro will still kick some butt with a few simple mods. I am a chevy man but do love all hi-performance cars no matter who builds them.

How is that riced out? Lets take a look here... ok, the paint on the new parts matches the car... nope, thats not rice. The spoiler isn't a giant wing that could be found on crop dusters... k, no thats not rice either. All the parts look like they fit and were MADE for the car. hmmm, no still not rice. Why do people think that ANYTHING aftermarket = rice? These parts are professionally done and add a nice look to the car.
