Thats why I don't get much sleep! It takes me FOREVER to fall asleep, and I am a SUPER light sleeper... So I generally do not sleep very well.

NO! But my dad has problems too, and they thought he might be one of those ppl that stops breathing in his sleep, so they had him wear this thing to bed to see if he did...but I don't remember what every happened with that!
