And as for the overall design...there are many...MANY things on the Stingray Concept that cannot be translated directly into production and still sell for 50k. So much should be expected to change. But...that car is what GM designers see when they think "Corvette"...so use your imaginations. I am!
I was thinking about blind spots behind you, like if there's a pole behind you or something. Not that I think it's a huge deal, but I can see potential buyers bitching about it. I also doubt the interior/exterior will look exactly like the concept, but if the Camaro is any indication, GM doesn't seem to eager to deviate a whole lot from the concept.

Ah well, worth a try. I understand though. Zr1 weighs 3333, this weighs 3500. This has an LS9, so does the ZR1. ZR1:$120,000 Verde:$190,000....

Theres gotta be something else you like though, and Amish will not rest till he finds it.

Dude, I really hope your right about that. :(
They might not get the Silver color "just right" without a paintcode to work from. I dunno, they may be "that good" but I need to shop around because the color on that thing is gorgeous. It's brighter than our silver. And it looks more metallic too.

Those are fantastic pictures! And I've never seen them before.

Got anymore?
But of course......hehe.

+1. There are ONLY two cars in existence right now that I actually drool over their designs. The Camaro is one, and this car is the other.
I'm right along with you man....those things are gorgeous pieces of work. I don't want any other car either. The ZR1 is a god on wheels but I still don't have that "I gotta have it" urge about getting it. I love Camaros and the new Stingray Concept.

Sorry,...to me that car looks like a GTR or some type of supped up Nissan 370Z. Just don't like it.......the back reminds me of a lambo too. Eew, just can't compare to Chevys future designs.

I would, depending on the person, kill someone to own this. Then again, some people I would kill for free.

lol! Dude, your terrible....but for a StingRay Concept, I'd be your partner in crime; they're good as dead.

Ummm ... no, unless they used shrink-wrap. The Sixteen is about 19' long and weighs ~5000 lbs. The stingray is the same size as current Corvettes, give or take a few inches.

Yea, I should have rephrased that. It just reminded my a lot of that car. I think it's because of the lights. Anyhow I do love the car and hope to see one in person someday.
