also they are making the new 1.4 L Turbocharged engines there such as the one in the upcoming Chevrolet Cruze

ROFL, I don't think so. Adding more air without more fuel is a recipe for an engine that fits loosely in a 5 gallon bucket. Its called a mixture for a reason, if you add more air, you have to add more of the right amount of fuel or it just leans out and goes boom.
