ive never understood smoking...there are no real benefits from putting tar into your body i mean i work moving snow and there will be times where ive worked 40+ hours straight and people working with me will start smoking to stay awake and i just dont get it. i can drink a pop, or a gatoraide and stay awake just as effectively.
