Ya know, with the climate about to change and all, I'm tempted to find out how much plots of currently worthless land are going for... could end up being a good future investment. Scientists have shown that the Sahara shifts back to grassland every 20,000 years or so... imagine if you owned a good chunk of it when it shifted back....
