I think I made up my mind on wheels for the 2010, after a year or so of looking around.

Speaking of wheels, I've been looking at wheels also... I want to get some lightweight 18x9.5 or 19x9.5 (18s if I get a V6, 19s if I decide to get a 1SS) wheels for a 2010 camaro... And I came across this thread on a VW forum (actually, I came across a tread advertising some 18x9.5 CCW wheels, and this was linked in it).

My first thought was... WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND puts a 215 tire on a 10.5 inch wheel. Thats less than 1/2 inch more rubber than the tires on my hyundai (205) but with 4 inch more rim.

That can't be safe... Or good for performance...

That looks preposterous, and I'm sorry you're stuck in a Hyundai. Actually, they aren't necessarily bad. They just aren't fast either.

Heh. Its a POS, thats what it is. It'll run 16s all day long... lmao. Going to see if I can break into the 15s at the fest.

P.S. - Just so you know, you quoted me before I realized that the wheels on my hyundai are 6.5 inch, not 8 inch (I don't know where I got 8 inch from... I doubt 8 inch wheels would even fit under the car, much less turn).
