My dad got a 69 ss 396 new in 1969. He sold it in 1971 when he met my mom and she made him get a buick..... In 1991, the guy he sold it to called and offered the same 69 back to him. It was in perfect shape and all original still. he said no........

He never told me how much it would have been. I was only 10 at the time. He says it was one of the biggest mistakes he ever made was to not buy it back.

1993 open class Subaru Legacy rallycar. Tons of parts and engines and everything. Full Can-Jam built body with rally computer everything plus a lil corp help thru Subaru canada for a season running amateur. $6000................... My old 93 Z ended up at the dealership and my camaro DNA took over............again............... Coolest thing about the car is it had won 3 canadian rally championships. I still regret not finding a way to have gotten both.

Back in 2006 I passed up a great deal on a White Tom Henry Racing 380 SS convertible with 3800 miles on the car for $27k this was the only GMMG Tom Henry A4 car that was rated at 380HP beacuse of the 3.73 gears.

i remenber the 68 formula, i thought you were buying it, if i had known you were going to pass i would have bought it. remember the guy said his son didn't want it he wanted a honda civic! if my boy does that 15 years from now i'll kick his ass over his shoulders!

1965 Mercury Cyclone,black,289,headers ,cam,four speed it was gorgeous.Only $2000.

. But I was just about to make the trip to South East Asia so I sent the money home and used it for a down payment on ten acres of farmland.
It was 1971 and I remember it like it was yesterday.

My banker called me a many years ago and said they just repoed a 94 viper with 2000miles on it and they only needed 15grand to get out from under it. At the time my stable was full and didn't have anywhere to put a car that had no top. So a friend of mine got it and still has it. Now it only has 20,000miles on it.
