Moving To Colorado

Anyone been there? live there? visit there? Let me hear your thoughts and opinions, positive and negative on the area. I am thinking about living in the Denver/Boulder/Colorado Springs area. Will be moving in March before my b day till I get into training.

I grew up in Pueblo, about 35 miles south of Colorado Springs, 105 miles south of Denver, straight down I25. I love, and miss Colorado. If I had to chose between Colorado Springs or Denver, Colorado Springs hands down! Right at the base of Pikes Peak, the view, the people and the state in general, is the best!

I grew up just between Boulder and Denver (Westminster, CO). Great area as long as you don't mind a little snow. You probably won't get to drive your Camaro as much as you would like, more than likely, you'll keep it in the garage during the late fall and winter months. It's not nearly as warm as Tampa, so invest in a good winter jacket/winter clothes, but at least you won't have to worry about hurricanes :o)
