Call of Duty 4...
My friend got me Call of Duty 4 for PC for my birthday.
I feel like I'm about to throw up. I've got one hell of a bad case of motion sickness. It's a good game and all, but the graphics take a LOT of getting used to. And the controls are annoying as all hell since I'm used to my Xbox controller...but no Games for Windows label means no Xbox controller.  Ughhhh...  Sorry. Just had to share my pain...and queasiness...

i really like cod4
 it was my first ever 3d shooter that i've played on a console. before that i've played quake on a pc online for about nine years. obviously the controller is a big handicap, but i honestly thought it would be worse. it's a lot of fun. the story-mode is awesome but a little too short, but the cod4's real strength is the online mode anyway. have fun!

i think cod4 went down hill with all the campers and noob tubers and materdom a holes i play warhawk resistance and battlefield badcompany now

Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare RULES very addictive online play lol... I play in on my XBOX ELITE I like how you can upgrade your weapons and rank online

I've been playing on the PS3, but the inability to turn off voice chat completely ruins it for me. I really don't want to hear some 13-year-old brat yelling in a microphone about how awesome he is for 30 minutes.

It was a good game, but I'm glad I only rented it. It was fairly short, and it felt like much of the game was just a grenade-dodging simulator. But it had a good story and some very intense firefights. I didn't care about the online element, as I don't like FPS games online for the aforementioned blabbering 13-year olds, and because while I'm out working and having a life during the day, 2/3s of the people I end up going against online play 18 hours a day, memorize where all the pick ups, spawn points, and campsites are. I'm normally not too bad at these kinds of games...if I'm playing system link games with friends, I usually do pretty well, but on Live, I'm dead before I connect.
