I could see it going either way... I'd assume (though I don't know the whole story) she was probably driving "spritedly" to try get him out of the truck. Either way, she could have stopped the truck, locked the doors, and called the police. Maybe vehicular manslaughter or negligent homicide?

what is it with athletes and trucks lately? tigers wife beats the crap outta him and he hits a hydrant and a tree, brendan witt gets run over by an SUV and now this dude falls of a truck and dies.

Less expensive than mallett for the same conversions, PLUS they do a T56 transmission instead of the stock (geared for a 4 cylinder) 5-speed.

Overall, a much better package at a lower price. I don't find that pricey at all.

They found him in the street laying there and she was nowhere around..so due to him fallling out and her driving away..is where I think it gets iffy for her. At some point she had to wonder..why is this man not in the back of the truck anymore..lol
