Sorry... thats the way the judge is (most likely) going to look at it. Dark tie on light shirt is more formal than a light tie on a dark shirt.

Presentable... but certainly not "brat like", very respectable..... so yeah, that should have u save.... or you could just wear that black dress.... you know the one.... but dont forget the heels
