No - anybody can dress up when the occasion calls for it, not just spoiled brats. It seems more likely to me that he will think you're spoiled if you show up in casual clothes. If I were a judge, that would make me feel like the outcome of the court case was not important enough to you to wear anything other than what you always wear.
