12 over isn't too bad? hell, I'm usually doing 80-85 on the highway here (limit is 55 & 65 depending on what stretch of the road)

Same here... but not no more... When I am in Chicago I do, because they hardly pull ppl over for speeding...

probably about the same as it is here... most everyone is doing over the limit, but if someone is stupid about it they get pulled over.
