Went to job interview...I don't think I can do this job...ughh. I feel like I'm throwing the lady under a bus if I tell her no though.

Working at a kennel.

If the mileage is going to kill you, pass--but kennel work would look great on your resume. It could even be a foot in the door for your career after college.

I don't know the skinny on your current employer, but they might be willing to work with your "on call" hours if you've lined up a job that corresponds with your education.
