They not ditching Megan Fox, Bay is screwing with you. He "leaked" a bunch of info about TF2 that turned out to be false too.

oh snap!!!!

completely off topic!!!

The First Avenger: Captain America hits on the 22nd. Paramount has also moved up the release date of Marvel’s Thor to May 20th to give the threequel more breathing room.

YES!!!!!!!!!

you guys ever wonder why they made a second (better) Hulk movie? or why Samuel L Jackson aka Nick Fury was in Iron Man?

and why they mentioned S.H.I.E.L.D. in both?

AVENGERS BABY!!!! they are planning on making individual movies for a LOT of marvel superheroes and then having them all in one big movie.

No not hardly, I can appreciate good raunch and toilet humor when it's not sorely misplaced...Perhaps when a studio along with toy companies market a movie and everything related, to kids of all ages, they should use just a bit more censoring and tasteful judgement. And I don't recall Wicket the Ewok dry-humping Princess Leia's left leg....

Id like to see Peter Jackson do the new one. Bay is become the next generation Spielberg and thats gonna lame really fast. He treats the audience like a bunch of 10 year olds back in in 1979.

Batman.....

When Transformers first came out.. the cartoon.... it was made for KIDS... .not ADULTS

so you may have loved Transformers back in the day... but the new movies that are out now.... are for KIDS.... granted more along the 13-23 range... but still.
They did not decide to come back and remake Transformers to be for the adults that watched it as kids... they made it to be a modernized version for TODAY's Kids

on the contrary...i think it's for anybody to enjoy...adults that watched is a kid, just because it's an old cartoon they watched(back in my day it wasn't so technological...is what they say to their kids lol)...and for the kids for obvious reasons lol(what kid doesn't like to see robots beatin the car out of eachother and transforming into cool cars...i remember transformers the cartoon(granted im 22) and i enjoyed it and enjoy this version as well

Thanks for clearing that up Your statement backs up my stance to a degree. But the reality is the movies are for adults that watched as kids and todays kids. Granted they rate it PG-13 but the studios marketing would have you believe otherwise. Look I'm not even saying that there were parts from either movie that I didn't love!! The relationships built between Sam and Bumblebee and Sam and Optimus, for example. Those elements and the action sequences along with the SFX are/were amazing. But there are a lot of different directors that can pull that off. Michael Bay just always seems to want to add in these perverse side antics to get some additional comic relief which just isn't necessary, and I think he's shown the direction he will take this franchise, I will be pleasantly suprised if he cuts back on the antics but I wouldn't go to the theater expecting that. I'm not a complete hater of the movies yet but I'm definitely sour on Michael Bay. I'm just voicing an opinion here, if you don't agree that fine I don't expect that everyone would. When I took the kids to see it I didn't storm out of the theater or anything so don't get me wrong. In fact I own both TF movies on blu-ray, I watch them with the kids all the time, but after a few viewings there are parts where I just roll my eyes (especially during TF2). I don't have as many issues with TF1, I really enjoyed it and couldn't wait for the second. When TF2 hit theaters I was as excited as anyone, my impressions were that everything that they did well, blew away the best parts of TF1, and everything that they did wrong drug it a notch below TF1 overall. But TF2 also comes off like they made a sequel because everyone wanted more of the crude humor, so they decided to take it to a whole other level. When in reality people wanted more of the character development and quality script writing. I think if you go to any movie review site you'll see that the consensus feels the same. All that being said however, I'll be at the midnight showing with the other geeks and fanboys when TF3 hits...

I couldnt have said it any better, how i feel exactly. although being in the Air Force I felt that this was an Air Force Recruitment commercial, just 2 hours long, didnt really care for it. The first one was bad enough "We can't do this without the Air Force"

As a former Marine I completely agree (and Marines being Marines, I completely laughed out loud when that line came up). No offense to the Air Force

only because you have your own planes lol

but on a serious note, I've talked to army guys when I was in Iraq, and when they found out what I did, I was instantly thier best friend.

Im a weapons loader on F-16s...they immediately started telling me stories of JDAMS saving their asses many times, and wanted to show me videos from thier cameras and stuff...it was very cool for me
