They'll say your car is ready for some gas to be sprayed on and lit on fire at that point.. Trust me, you put on even those anti-door ding magnets and someone will get you just out of spite.

Ya, might actually be inviting to someone who would otherwise not do it. Kinda like writing on a bathroom wall.

Just enjoy it. What's the point in having a really hot girlfriend if you can't take her anywhere for fear of tainting? If it happens, it happens. Don't let it take away from the experience.

Nah, just get it fixed. Oh, believe me, I worry about it, I took a picture of the cars license plate next to me with my phone yesterday at the mall and Bonnie thought I was crazy.

LOL, I did the same thing parking in one of those very tight compact car spots at the mall last week.. 3 hours sitting in a movie theater and I fear the worst when I get out..

There was a Camaro done in some sort of flat black that was supposedly like 3 times more resistant to scratches than normal paint, if you want to do a search on it (not that that will help against someone really determined to scratch it.)

I wouldn't worry about it. You bought the car to drive it, so enjoy it. If something happens, get it fixed. Park in the safest places you can, but don't let it stop you from going where you want. Jealous @ssholes are just that.

Are you one of these people who puts fake bullet holes in their car?

That's like putting an ugly "bra" across the front end, to protect it... and make it look ugly.
